Astronaut explores the threshold between broadcast frequencies as they leave the planetary body and the human body's ability to perceive them via its auditory organs. Thousands of wave bands carry broadcasts around and through our bodies daily and yet we rarely are conscious of the information or message transmitted therein.

That which we cannot hear without the assistance of a multiband or shortwave receiver is still penetrating the physical organism at every moment. An often imperceptible space full of waveforms and frequencies.

Making the transmission audible, the invisible discernable, and the silent physically tangible, we will scan and probe these frequencies and transmute their contents with analog synthesis into an aural mosaic that is accompanied by live generative graphics taking triggers and data sets directly from the composition stream.
